Parcels are depatched Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We do not process or deliver on saturdays. For example orders placed on a Friday will be processed on Monday. Please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery. We use Royal Mail 1st class recorded and Yodel as our couriers. All deliveries do require a signature. However any special intructions left by you the customer will be followed at the drivers discretion, parcels that are requested to be left without a signature will be done so at your own risk.
